I recently moved to Milton Keynes and joined Loughton School as a Co-opted Governor in October 2023. 
As a previous secondary school teacher and now a Civil Servant in the Department for Education, the education of young people is something I am very passionate about. I chose to become a governor to help support the school and the community and I am looking forward to working with the Governing Body and the Senior Leadership Team at Loughton School to achieve this! 
In my spare time, I love looking after my physical health and mental well-being by keeping fit through running, going to the gym, and playing netball and badminton. I also enjoy travelling to new countries, trying new food, and immersing myself in new cultures.
