After a languages lesson with Mr Hodgson earlier in the week, where they learned some Italian words for the pizza toppings, the time came today for them to get stuck in and shape the dough. They added tomato sauce, mozzarella, olives and peppers (and pepperoni for some). It was excellent to see so many smiling faces when the hot pizzas emerged from the oven and they could be consumed! Thank you to all the staff who worked hard running the pizzas to and from the kitchen and those who helped with all the clearing up.
