Biomes
Year 6 have been busy researching different biomes and where they can be located across the world. They have found lots of fun facts about each biome.
Did you know…?

- Antarctica is the largest desert on Earth.
- Tropical rainforests have vegetation so thick that less than 2% of sunlight reaches the ground.
- The Arctic tundra is the Earth’s coldest biome. Here, the sun does not rise for nearly 6 months of the year.
