Thank you so much to all the families who supported our first Christmas shop venture today! We had 165 children pre-order Christmas presents for their friends and family members. The children who attended absolutely loved having some independence to browse and choose from the variety of gifts on offer.
Thank you so much for all the new or nearly new presents which were donated for our giving tree and will be taken to the Moorlands Family Centre in Beanhill on Friday 13 December.
Last week, a representative from each class was chosen to make a class Christingle proceeding the Christingle assembly on Monday.
We have finally been sent through some wonderful comments and reviews about the children's tremendous production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream from the Shakespeare for School's director, parents and governors. We are so proud to be able to share these with you.
Today we held our second ever tea party. As you will now already know, this is for those children who consistently go above and beyond. We had a lovely afternoon with the children celebrating with them.
Year 5 unit of work on "reduce, reuse, recycle" inspires Lyla and her family to complete a beach clean up and create posters to encourage other people to do the same in order to look after our planet.

The Student Council decided that as a school we will support Children in Need once again this year by holding a non-school uniform day.
Year 3 and year 4 had two very different but equally as exciting DT days this week. Year 3 have been creating and sewing animal sock puppets linked to their amazing animals theme whereas year 4 have been making pizzas linked to their theme of Italy.
Remember that tonight (Friday 8th November 2019) is our annual fireworks extravaganza!
Year 5 and 6 School Council and Green Team members visited Kidzania's parliament week to inspire us in our roles and learn more about democracy.
