For music enrichment, the children explored dynamics and timbre. They had loads of fun using a Boss RC-1 loop pedal to record and loop vocal percussion and a variety of instruments to make one big, collaborative piece of music.

After weeks of auditions and after-school rehearsals, this week was the performance of our Year 4 and 5 production, 'Primary School Musical'. The show was about the children and staff of a primary school putting on a KS2 Nativity. The fantastic performances for the rest of the school and for parents in the evening were full of laughs and energetic songs.

On Friday 8th December, our RE enrichment took place.
We recently hosted the second of this year's stars celebration assemblies! This was to celebrate those children who have consistently demonstrated one of our 5 star values throughout the half-term: resilient, respectful, creative, independent or inspiring.
School Council were excited today as they had a special meeting and a very special job to do… to decorate the giving tree for our main reception area!

Some of our best artists gathered together in the art room today for an enrichment afternoon making clay bears.
On Tuesday 14th November, children across the school had the opportunity to take part in a live webinar to learn about the 4 fundamental British Values (Democracy, Rule of Law, Respect and Tolerance, and Individual Liberty) through Picture News; a resource we subscribe to, to learn about current affairs.
